Refund policy
RETURNS:
At Self-Love Stationery, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, carefully handled products.
While we do NOT generally offer returns or refunds, we will consider individual cases on a situational basis. In the event that an error is made by Self-Love Stationery, we will gladly provide a refund in the form of shop credit.
However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for packages damaged during shipping, so we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly address the issue.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is an error on our part. Additionally, digital products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for various reasons, such as items going out of stock, pricing errors, declined credit cards, or suspected fraud.
REFUNDS:
Please be aware that once an order is placed, processing begins promptly, making cancellations not guaranteed. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It is vital to verify your shipping address during checkout, as refunds or reships are NOT granted for orders with incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your address before shipment status, please notify us immediately.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Please note that orders are NOT eligible for return unless there is an error on our part. Additionally, digital or custom products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. In the event that an error is made by Self-Love Stationery, we will gladly provide a refund in the form of shop credit.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your shop credit.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund in the form of shop credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at selflovestationery@gmail.com.
