PROCESSING TIMES: 

Orders from Self-Love Stationery typically ship out via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or Priority Mail within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. The processing time, which is the order creation period, usually takes around 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, the shipping time in transit is estimated to be 3-5 business days, resulting in a total time of up to 1-2 weeks for your order to reach you.

Please note that Self-Love Stationery is not responsible for any shipping delays that occur after the order has been dropped off to USPS. These delivery times may vary depending on factors such as holiday schedules, USPS-related issues, and other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: 

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive, especially for international packages, as they require additional time for customs processing when leaving the United States and entering your country.

For international shoppers, please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Self-Love Stationery is not liable for any customs charges incurred during the shipping process, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and consider potential customs fees when making a purchase. Shipping rates are subject to market rates and may increase over time. By making a purchase, you are acknowledging and accepting our shipping policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and informed shopping experience.

CANCELLATIONS:

While we do NOT generally offer returns or refunds, we will consider individual cases on a situational basis. In the event that an error is made by Self-Love Stationery, we will gladly provide a refund in the form of shop credit. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for packages damaged during shipping, so we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly address the issue. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is an error on our part. Additionally, digital products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.

Please be aware that once an order is placed, processing begins promptly, making cancellations not guaranteed. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It is vital to verify your shipping address during checkout, as refunds or reships are NOT granted for orders with incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your address before shipment status, please notify us immediately.
